12 -16 Years Old | 6 practices/week
The Sport-Études group is for swimmers who are part of the Sport-Études program affiliated with Polyvalente Des Sources High School.
A chiropractor is available for swimmers of this group. Consultations take place at the Aquatic Centre once per week. Any additional therapy is the athlete's responsibility.
*The first workout of the season is Monday, September 9th, 2019 at 1:00 pm.

- Dry land sessions are highlighted in yellow
- Swimmers are asked to be on deck 10 minutes prior to the start time of each training session to perform their activation
- Each swimmer's progress is evaluated at competitions which are MANDATORY as they are an integral part of the program.

- Registration Fees and Club Fees are payable online with AADDO (link) and can be paid in 4 instalments
- Competition, Affiliation and Volunteer Fees are payable via our website.
- Competition Fees will be billed in advance of competition for those attending
- Affiliation Fees are due at registration and are non-refundable.
- Volunteer fees are refunded at the end of the year if and when volunteering hours are completed. (link volunteer policy)
