15 Years & Over | 6-8 practices/week
The Senior Group is for highly motivated swimmers with strong Provincial AAA standards, Coupe du Quebec, Eastern, Junior or Senior National times.
Dry-land and morning practices will be scheduled throughout the season at the coach's discretion in accordance with the competition calendar.
A chiropractor is available for swimmers of this group. Consultations take place at the Aquatic Centre once per week. Any additional therapy is the athlete's responsibility.
*The first workout of the season is Monday, September 9th, 2019 at 4:00 pm.

- Swimmers are asked to be on deck 30 minutes prior to the start time of each training session to perform their activation
- Each swimmer's progress is evaluated at competitions which are MANDATORY as they are an integral part of the program.

- Competition Fees will be billed in advance of competition for those attending
- Affiliation Fees are due at registration and are non-refundable.
